Nashua Mobile informed me that I can pay my account cash as I had a problem with the debit dates.
They then after sending me email confirmation of this debited my account again. I then informed them that they should transfer the money back which they did not and I left it. A month later I still have not received an explaination as to why this happened.
I then sent an email asking for my account statement to pay the account.
Three days later they softlocked my phone and after I sent another email asking what the is going on as I haven't received a statement, they sent it to me.
I asked that they unlock my phone as the mistake is on their side and I would like to pay the account using my phone and the only response I get is. "You need to pay the account before we can unlock your phone"
I explained that I need my phone to pay the account and they can lock it again if payment was not in within 24 hours.
