The previous complaint has reference. We've cancelled the contract in August already and till almost end of September nothing was done. Then it was finally ended.
Virgin Mobile has yet again shown their capability. They've put through a full debit order again for October in November.
In other words, the contrat has been cancelled, there is not contract, but yet you still get billed.
Can you fix this ASAP, get the money back into my account and cancel the debit orde
