CANCEL CONTRACT

I'm so sick and tired of writing on Hello Peter to complain about Virgin Mobile. If you had to look up the word USELESS in the dictionary you would see Virgin Mobile's logo!!! Now my contract has been cancelled with Virgin I get an invoice for a contract renewal fee but I have cancelled my contract with them!!! I phoned them on Tuesday 27 August to enquire why they are charging me a contract renewal fee when i no longer have a contract with them. They said it would take 48 hours to investigate. Well today is 2 September and I have not heard a peep out of them. Surprise, surprise. But in the meantime i have cancelled my debit order with them and until I'm happy with the invoice i will pay it until them. They can wait for their money. This is the MOST USELESS mobile network in the country. Enough is enough!!
