Order finally "on route" but its a no show

Hi Cell C,

This is my third compliant but we are getting closer to an happy result.

The facts are pretty simple. My order was issued about three weeks ago. Early Monday 28 Jan I received the long awaited sms saying "Your order is on route, have ID etc ready". It is now Wednesday and still nothing.
