Customer service? What customer service?

Took over an hour waiting to be attended to to check in cell phone for repair. 9 staff on duty and centre not busy but Nashua Mobile have never heard of multi-tasking (actually multi-skilling) as only two people can assist with 'repairs'. Took 4 mins to check phone in and told to come back in an hour to collect phone. E-mailing this complaint from Nashua Mobile centre where I have returned as requested and now waiting a further 30 mins to collect phone. Again centre not busy! NEWSFLASH! I 've just been told that I can't collect phone and that it needs to be booked in for repair (not sure what the initial booking was for then???). Nashua didn't think to phone me (they have my office number as it is a corporate account) to tell me not to come back. Customer service? What customer service? Contract up in Sept, bye bye Nashua Mobile. David Smith
