I recently signed a contract with cell c for blackberry Z10. When i signed the contract i filled in my credit card details for the debit order. But the debit order went off my cheque account. i recently drew out all of my funds out of that account because im going to close this account. So the debit order was declined by my bank. When i went to cell c at the blue route mall and asked to see my original contract that i signed i noticed that somebody had filled in my cheque account details on the form after i had already signed it. This is and i think that cell c should cover all my costs of the bounced debit order and supply me with a letter of apology and assist me in restoring my credit record and my good reputation with my existing bank. Or else i would consider this a breach of contract and consider taking action against cell c. ps i recently also took out a contract for a laptop as well with cell c.
