I logged a previous request and was assisted with a number change but now I am still waiting for my airtime to be transferred to the new number allocated to me. Calls to 173 are futile, logging a request on the MTN website also disappears into tis air... no response...
So the only joy I get is on hello peter. So PLEASE MTN, for the last time, finish the job you started and give me back my airtime.
