I had absolutely fantastic service from Shafeera at the Cell C Blue Route store. After waiting for Autopage cellular Blue Route to locate me a white Blackberry 9320 and three managers later telling me that my phone would arrive on Friday or Monday for ten weeks I eventually gave up and went directly to the Cell C store.
She kept me updated by email the whole time I waited and promised me should would locate one for me even though they were very scarce. After ten days she called me to say that the phone arrived and kept it for me. My contract application did not go 100% smoothly because of a recent job change, but she sorted it all out for me and made sure I was on the best contract.
Cape Town is not well renowned for good service and empty promises of "I will call you back" are the order of the day. I have been so pleasantly surprised and pleased that the Cell C store do not adopt this approach and make sure that their customers are satisfied. I would recommend anyone to go to that store for Cell C contracts as the other staff were equally as helpful in that process, Tariq being one of them.
