I can compliment, when a compliment is due, but unfortunately this time I am gonna complain!! I had difficulties with my blackberry and seeing that MTN is my service provider I trusted them to help me out of my predicament and fix my phone!! Well it took me almost 2 months just to get the phone back, after a promise was made that it will take 7 days to fix!! But that is not the issue, the issue is that this phone that I waited for is still not working they only replaced the battery which was never even the problem according to my knowledge!!! MTN should start sticking too ultimatums and upgrade their customer service as the phone gave me the very same problem just after switching my phone on, on the day it was collected. i called in today to complain and all they could tell me is that i need to bring my phone in again for repairs. i am not willing to go without my phone for another 2 months again with the inconvenience of not having a phone.
