No feedback as prommised from Saturday 08/06/2013

I went on Saturday to Vodacom Clearwater Mall to get my upgrade, I was told that the system was down and would be contacted first thing Monday Morning. Monday came and went, I phoned yesterday and was told the manager was going to have a look immediately, no response. I phoned today and left a message at 11 am still no response from Ronaldo or his manager.
