To say I am a difficult customer would be an understatement. I have been engaging with Antoinette for the last few months about numerous issues I have had regarding my data contract. She constantly communicate with me on every channel possible and thereby she not only managed my expectations but eventually she exceeded it as well.
If only I could get this kind of service from other SP's in South Africa. Two thumbs way up Antoinette!
