I am extremely unhappy with the service in mtn world wear in fair-lands, they do not treat customers fairly and i have booked a blackberry device and it was there for a month and i kept calling but was not getting any response from them and only followed up with my booking for the phone when i was there. I am paying for this device every month and my acc is being debited without any problems but when a booking is done on a faulty phone their service becomes very bad.i have previously laid a complaint about mtn with the that was also kept for over a moth without any attendance.mtn has bad customer service Even the consultant was not even interested and told me there is nothing she can do she. THAT'S THE GREAT SERVICE MTN IS GIVING... EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CLIENT
