Recently renewed my contract with NashuaMobile, which took two days to upgrade... Had the device for 5 days, and it was faulty on the 3rd day... returned the phone only to be told it will take two weeks for the device to be replaced... i logged a query on the Nashuamobile website, to date not a call, or email or anything acknowledging my query or anythingI called the branch to which I took the phone to find out what's going on as I am in the dark and not informed, on Friday to follow up, the lady said shed call me back, it's now Sunday and still no call... I wonder if the handset subsidy I pay will be refunded for the days I'm without a phone... keep me in the loop if you have no intention of getting my replacement device sooner... what am I paying for in actual fact??? but let ME not pay a ill they will be quick to suspend my account and blacklist me... this is disgusting!!! 2nd time I'm having to go through this... first time they blacklist a device they give me and treat me like the criminal when I escalate it... that matter was taken to the MD, looks like I need to go that route again...
