I had an extremely bad experience with Fnb. I have a device that i have ordered through Fnb. My device has gone faulty. I called the device department and they sent me on a wild Goose chase in the Waterfront to the i Store to Cell C in my working hours too sort out a problem that is theirs. Their branch at the V&A waterfront did their best but Head Office and the Device departments service is pathetic and I still have received no feed back. The iPhones lock button which also controls the on and off of the phone is faulty so if the battery dies I cant put the phone back on, which is one of the problems with this phone. I would like a phone call from the Head Office with a good plan to help me out or I'm taking this further. I pay a lot of money for the device. I have only had the device for 4 months. Service is appalling. There is not enough characters on this site to really complain and tell you my story on this matter.
