CALL CENTRE HAS NO MANNERS.!!!

To Whom it may concern,

I fully understand the concept of phoning potential new clients, or existing clients to upgrade their mobile contract packages. But when someone (me) says - "I'm sorry I cant speak now I am currently in a meeting." The last thing I or any potential customer expects to hear is "tsek" and then hang up!!! And if anyone doesn't know what that is, it is a shortened word for FOETSEK.!!! Whoever was on the other line, needs to know that some people are busy from 8 to 5 during the week, and that if we are unable to talk THAT IS PART OF THEIR JOB ANYWAYS.!!!

Absolutely disgusting.!! And to think people pay their contracts that go towards these salaries.. Incompetent people who number one, can't speak properly over the phone, and two, have ZERO people/communications skills.. Maybe, just maybe you should consider hiring the correct people for the job.!!
