Dismissive Attitude

I called in this morning at 10:15am for a booking on 13 Dec-15 Dec 2013. This person never introduced himself. I made an inquiry about the booking and finally agreed that he'd send me the booking details. At 11:38, I logged onto the Wikivillage website so I could email these people about my reservation seeing as no one was getting back to me. With immediate effect he replied and this was his email to me "Yes-double or two single. R350 with breakfast, R300 without. Let me know. Magsa"

No "Good Morning Ma'am, thank you for choosing our Guest House as your sleeping destination. Our rates are as follows:..."

I really get frustrated by people who offer such services to potential clients but lack basic people skills. I am appalled by this gentleman's attitude and approach to people he does not know. I'd like this matter sorted out please.
