Pathetic service with incompetent people

After years of being your customer I am disgusted and are so angry beyond control due to pathetic service with incompetent people working there. The guy who answers the phone can't hardly speak afrikaans or english he has no telephone skills nor know how to give a message to the lady who were busy with clients and could not speak to me. After asking 3 times if my phone is roamed it was not done. The same thing happened to my mother now I am in San Francisco for 2weeks and cant use my phone at all. Money has also been deducted that should not have happen. I am still waiting for everyone to respond since March. Someone better roam my phone since I have a lot of business that need to get done. I can not have this issue and demand service asap!!! Or just let me go to any other service provider than Autopage!!!
