Most people can not get hold of me

Since I have had my contract which has been from May this year, I have taken my phone in 3 times to Vodacare and got a new sim as people regularly tell me they cannot get hold of me. It's not all the time, and it's way too often. I am self employed which means I am losing many potential clients, and it also means I constantly have to call people back as they can't get hold of me so they send me a text to call them. I am told the problem in the new LTE network, and how 3G and 4G lines can't get through as LTE doesn't recognize it. This has gone on FAR too long, I have done all I can, I need this fixed immediately. The contract is to pay for a working service, and I am not receiving this
