2) Information requested on transactions (Valued R3k!). I pay my contract and as client, I am entitiled to ANY information I request relating to my calls and costs charged. It is YOUR duty to investigate potential, not SAP. SAP will react to the charge once it is established that someone is guilty. This has been going on since Nov 2012!
