I bought a contract from 8ta Port Shepstone which i was to use at home 3km away.
After 1st month i was charged 4 times the amount, yet the data usage was not even a fraction of the allocated monthly allowance. The following month the same thing occurred.
I went to the shop to inquire about this and i was told they will look into it. After this it was all down hill.
i went to the shop a week later, i was then told the inquiry got closed off with no explanation as to what & that they would log another and let me know why by the next day. a week later they hadnt gotten back to me.
when i called the call center the agent conference called the owner of the shop who then claimed i had never been to his shop ever, then he claims the guy who sold me the contract had been fired 2 months ago and the kicker is when he says they told me i could not use the data in port shepstone because theres no signal.
1st How do i buy a contract if i was never at the shop
2nd How is the agent fired if i logged the same inquiry with him a week before
3rd Why would i buy a contract in Port Shepstone but it doesnt work there?

All and i still have a useless contract which doesnt work
