Good day, I convinced a friend to hold off upgrading her contract with MTN for 3 months to be able to port her number to 8ta... Yesterday she went to the Pavilion 8ta shop to do this.. she was wiating at the shop for an hour while the agent was busy witht he processing, eventually she told them that she will be back later when it is done. at 17:20 she called the agent and was told he is busy.. I informed her to go down to the shop and followup in person.. when she got to the shop 10min later they where closed and no one around.. a whole day to process a transaction with not even a call back to inform the customer of progress or this will be continued tomorrow...
First thing she complain of was the terrible service on day 1 of interacting with 8ta... and you can imagine how I feel..
deffinitly would have been easy if she had just stayed with MTN i guess
