I refer to my complaint of 27th October whereby Vodacom closed the post by saying " Your problem has been addressed"... NO IT HASN'T, in fact it got WORSE. Now I can't send sms's to a number overseas and the calls still the same, it takes me over 20 attempts to be able to get through. You can't resolve this problem that's a fact. I have now been on the line to Vodacom Customer Service for 19 minutes and listening to that irritating voice "You're transferring your call to the next available consultant" R I D I C U L O U S and P A T H E T I C service. If you can't solve this maybe you should ask MTN for help?
