This is another disappointed customer regarding the quality of service that Vodacom offers. At the end of each call you still want us to rate your service? Z E R O that's my rating. I am not an average user, unfortunately, since the beginning of this year, I've been making a substantial amount of calls overseas. I am due for an upgrade since September but, I doubt it will be done. I doubt I will still be Vodacom's customer after December. On the 14th October I called in to Vodacom to complain about not being able to get through to overseas numbers, I do get through but only after trying for at least 20 times per call. I try from MTN and the call is a success on the first trial. Thank you MTN for providing a far superior service. I've been with Vodawho? Since 1995. It's time to move to a better service provider. So, if you're on the market for a new contract, red is not the answer, yellow is so much better.
