I upgraded my cell-phone contract in September (Around the 26th), and I gave them the instructions that they should at least call me a day before the delivery and they never did. I am not sure what happened with the Courier company but the phone was returned back to Vodacom, still in September (towards month end). I have been making the arrangements for the phone to be delivered again and the call-centre agents are just making a fool out of me. for e.g I called again on Friday (1/11/2013) and I asked the agents (spoke to 2 different agents) to transfer me to their supervisors, one transferred me back to the "main-line" and the other-one just put it on some "music-mode" which lasted for about 15 min and I had to end the call
