Regarding SETTLED "Account in Arrears"

I spoke to Snethemba Ngidi from CellC on Tuesday, 12 March who helped me to figure out the actual balance I needed to pay to Cell C to settle an old outstanding account I had. The account was, after a lot of fighting last year, closed, as it was MONTHS past it's contract expiry date.

Cell C failed to reflect a payment I made on 28 Jan, of R299, so I sent Snethemba a proof of payment via email, WHILE talking on the phone with her. We also established that I needed to pay another R202 to settle the account, which I paid to her immediately, again, WHILE on the phone, via EFT, and I ALSO emailed her the proof of payment. She even confirmed on the phone, that she received both proof of payments.

This morning, I received a phonecall from Cell C's COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT saying I owe them R501. This women told me she cant speak to Snethemba, coz she's in a different branch. I'm surprised she's too thick and stupid to pick up the phone and call her colleague and find out, why she reactivated my line in the first place.

There has been no communication about my account within CellC, my other account, which is FULLY UP TO DATE, was suspended because of this.

Cell C needs to wake up!!!
