I had a 24 months contract with cell c and after 24 months i never renew my contract and they were still deducting my money and i called them to claim my money back they never came back to me and when i called them again they told me that i owe them a 2 months installment of which that was not true as i have never changed a bank acount and i never ran out of funds in my account where there was a debit order, after a year i have received a letter from their lawyers claiming the cell c money with interest and i called cellC told them about the letter and they told me that my account is still under investigation, now i have a default in my credit record and i also received a call from the their lawyers thretened me that i will be blacklisted if i do not pay that money and it is tripled on what they owed me. Cell C have a very bad service.
