I had a contract with cell c in 2005 in that time my account as never debited, I then find out I owed money fair enough I dnt mind paying it, but then everytime I called and called and asked for a letter head with baking details and outstanding balance to pay it I was told its been sent but I never recieve anything. Now I find out that its been handed over to lawyers due to non payment yet its incompetent people who cant spell or listen properly that get the emails wrong now I must end up paying lawyers fees too. This is not right I want to know what is going on now and not via email via a phone call from cell c
