I took out a contract with Cell middle of this year. I have been so disappointed with them. When I'm in Noordhoek/Fish Hoek area (where I live) I cannot receive or make any calls, the line is so bad that no one can hear me. My calls are dropped no matter where I am, I have to try dialling out a few times for my phone to actually connect. The only time I can really use my phone is if I'm connected to someone elses wireless internet connection, so if my home internet is down then I pretty much can only use my phone to send a sms. I have to constantly restart my phone in order for my data to start working again, which only lasts a few minutes, then it's back to showing "H" at the top of the screen. I'm paying over R300 a month for absolutely horrible service, and now I'm stuck with Cell C for another year and a half. How can I cancel my contract?
