I live in Centurion and travel a lot all over Gauteng, nobody can get hold of me, my phone goes to voicemail most of the time, even though my phone is on and I am not on my phone. To make a call is a nightmare, my phone call just cuts off and I get a message on my phone that I do not have coverage. I have to phone people 5 times sometimes just to complete my conversation. To use the internet is just impossible, it takes me hours to connect to my bank and to complete a transaction I have to re-connect several times and log in over and over, because the internet just drops the connection over and over again with a message could not connect to the server. I will have to cancel my contract with Cell C, I need my phone to be connected and I need internet connection. I have reported this problem several times with customer services, with no improvement at all!!
