Hi. I got a huge problem with Cell C. 80% of the time I don't have reception at my home. I've logged several calls with Cell C & everytime I'm told that I have full reception in my area.
Most of the time I only have EDGE & not 3G as promised. Which means I can't use the internet. Then most of the time I can send/receive BBM's, SMS's or make calls. When someone try to phone me, they get this electronic mail voice. When I try to phone, I get the error on my phone: Call failed. Then I have to shut down my phone & restart it again.
I got a Blackberry for the BBM & Internet service, but that's not working most of the time. So it's not eccential services, but I expect to atleast be able to make & receive calls. Is that too much to ask?
If you can't sort out this issue, I want to terminate my contract without penalties, since Cell C can't provide me with the services that I'm paying for.
