Cannot give me a settlement amount

I've been on the phone since 8 (45min) in the morning trying to get a settlement amount on my account. The call centre staff is so pathetic they cannot even greet you properly (if you don't want to be there or work then give it to someone that wants to work) So the one transfers me to accounts department and there they cannot help, the account needs to be split. Transfer again to call centre to split account. Oh No they cannot split the account back to accounts department oh sorry I cannot help, u need to go to cancelations. Transfer again I WILL EMAIL THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT. Guess what I have not received the settlement amount!!! Altech Autopage service is a joke, pathetic. Oh and the call centre is even a bigger joke. You phone in and you go through all the voice prompts just for them to pick the phone and either drop the call or place it on hold again. It's a shame!!! It's so simple to give someone a settlement amount but not at Altech Autopage!
