Vodacom is currently running a advertisement stating order a Samsung S4 and receive free deliver the next day.
Thus on Wednesday, 30th October 2013. The entire process was complete (I was helped by Timothy) on Wednesday 30th October 2013 at 13h01 when I received the sms stating "Your application for Referral Number 14850169 has been approved".
Yet until this morning not one word to communicate the state of the deliver.
Thus I phone 082 17844, the first lady I spoke to was extremely rude.
I called again and another gentleman assisted, he gave me a RAM Ref number, yet when I log on to [URL Removed] it tells me that the Waybill No does not exist. Waybill No: Y1280875.
This is a present for my daughter, what more do I as the customer have to do to get this resolved.
