I Purchased a Samsung UA55ES8000 Last year 16122012 from Dion Wired and collected it this year June.
When i connected the TV at home the WiFi on the TV did not work, i reported this to the store and they had it swopped out for another new TV.
The New TV had severe Light Leak and Clouding, i then reported this to the store and they had this swopped again.
The New TV is the one in question now.
It work fine for a couple of months and on the 23rd October started to reboot intermittently, Which i called and reported to Samsung on the 25th October 2013, i was informed by the lady in the call center that i will receive a reference number via SMS and i will be contacted by an agent of theirs shortly.
I waited till the 30th October and called again but was informed there was nothing on the system with regards to my TV been faulty and was then assisted in opening a new service request Ref: 4140986381 (i held on the phone till i got the SMS)
The TV was collected on the 31 October 2013.
On the 1st November i called the company that collected the TV and was informed they have found a problem and will call me back.
I called them again today and was informed Samsung SA has no parts
