I was called by Courierit to confirm my address for a delivery I was expecting from FNB. The advised they would deliver the next day.
When I called them to find out an approximate time, they couldn't help me as I didnt have a waybill number which I was NEVER supplied by them even via SMS. They couldnt do a search on their systems with a Surname, ID, Cell or anything else. So because I didnt have a waybill number they couldnt help me!!!
Dont ever try to do anything from a customer service perspective with Courierit if you dont have a waybill number, but the best was when I said someone had called me the night before to verify the address, asked around the office who it might have been and everyone denied it. Goodness, was that call a figment of my imagination.
At the end, I still never got the information I required! Pathetic, how do their business processes work. I feel sorry for FNB, they deliver a fantastic service and are then let down by companies like this.
