Not honouring arrangement for delivery

Good Morning. On the 13th of June from Kalahari. Stating that the estimated delivery will be on the 14th. Waybill Number: KL00273727 Waybill Date 2013-06-13 Customer Reference 6192085.On the 18th they pitch up to deliver and there was no one at home so I arrange for the delivery to be on the 21st as there will be someone available for the whole day..On the 21st I waited the whole day and at around 15:00 I decided to phone and spoke to the customer service who informed me that they are running late but assured me that someone will still deliver the package that day which never happened and no one phoned me. On Monday the 24th they pitched up again with no one available and phoned me again so I arranged for someone to be at home on Tuesday and the whole day they waited without anyone pitching up. Last night I just went out quickly and when I got back 20 minutes later at 19:650 I saw a call and phoned back then the guy on the other end was very rude and stated that hey phoned me an hour back and the deliver could not happened as the guy left. Please help as I would like to escalate the matter?
