Wasting time

Good day to all

I bought a bed and base at the vanderbijlpark branch on satuday 26 October 2013.

Confirmation was promissed to be on Monday28 October 2013 for delivery on Tuesday 29 October 2013.

I got a call Tuesday to confirm for Wednesday. After taking a day offas a student from my classes to receive my goods, failure to deliver happened.

So today on Wednesday 30 October 2013 I took another day off to receive my bed.

At 13:22 Iget a call telling me that m order will arive on Thursday 31 October 2013.

I'vewasted two days of class waiting and now Ihave to miss a 3rd day for what?

This is really poor service.

Why say phone today sleep tomorrow if they take their time and.keep postponing the delivery?
