Recently, my Internet has been faulty, and I could not fathom why so I sent a message on Facebook to Afrihost and they gave me a few theories and options. When I had to set up a new router, I wasn't completely sure as to how I should configure it so that I can access the Internet because I was unfamiliar with the new router's GUI. I called Afrihost's tech support division and they helped me efficiently. I was literally back on line within 5 minutes of the set up and since then, my Internet has been running a lot more smoothly.
