Faulty contract phone

My husband renewed his contract n took me out a BB bold 9900 which is R379p/m end feb. 2013 by june I xperienced faults on my phne like: touch screen don't work, keypad dnt work phne runs n do his own thing booked it in 4 repairs @ mtn vangate phne came back frm repairs but not 2 long ago gav me z same problems n also loosing colour, colour becomes now 2tone 7th oct I booked it in agyn with thm 15 oct I didn hear anything yet n called technical centre who told me z device ws send bac 2 vangate not geting any call frm thm I went in n askd about my phne 17 Oct the report was liquid damage n unauthorised workmanship (which is a lie) only thy worked on z phne in june I told thm I wasn happy wit z report. N ths is where junaid (branch manager) gav us attitude 2 z xtend I had 2 tel him 2 keep his cool outcome was he sed leave z device here he was gona book it in agyn by 29 oct no reply frm thm I agyn phne technical cntre who told me thy did not receive z device agyn I wnt. 2 vangate 31 oct afta receiving n sms frm thm where I got the same report as before anthea thn sed c was gona look in the matter n speak 2 junaid I feel @ MTN vangate thy treat a person unprofessionally
