BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

DEAR sir I bought an NOKIA LUMIA 800 phone at 8ta store in Parow centre. My phone cannot recieve any mms, i have phoned the CALL CENTRE so many times they send me the settings but the phone is stil not working, I even went to the store a few times but not even they could solve my problem the one told me it was signal problem the other one told me that it was the phone so 8ta call center told me that they gonna send an tecnision out and they did because my phne is freezing and my internet works only when it wants whenever i do an download it does not come to the phne, but the tecnition cont either help me because he did not even know where the phones sim was put in. So i went back two the store and tell them that my problem was still not solved and they told me that they dont know what to do or what to tell me. I AM very upset because i must pay for a phone that i canot use. SO PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH AND SEE TO MY PROBLEM.
