Ad attitude and poor service. never agen

The first time I went to the caledon branch, I askked why my caller identity hasn't been actived since the day I got my phne, but everytime I had to have my contract with me, can't they just tipe in my I.d number to see if I'm listed in their system. The sales lady got very agressive and wasn't even intrrsted in explaining exactly what was wrong! I called costumor service immediately nd explained the problem and it was fixed in a few minutes, I received an sms saying" Your request to activate Caller Identity has been successful "why could she just helped me in store?? I wennt back agen a day after that to ask about repairs, or if she just could check what's wrong with mmy phne abd give me just an idea of what it'll cost if I had it repair. She didn't even made a move or checked my phone, just gave me a cold answer, and there I stood. I've never been so furious yet very dissapointed and uncomfartable in my life!!! I am seriosly thinking of just selling this phne and give this simcard away, it hasbt even been 4 months and this phone have problems I have alwaysed been with cell c and never had this problem. I realy regret opening a contract with vodacom.
