Ad service to a loyal custome

I sent my blackberyy 9360 in for repairs a month ago and received it back in a ok condition that lasted just 2 to 3 weeks and it started rebooting and the memory card didnt work. Also my battery cover at the bottom was loose and i have informed and showed the sales assistant Chanderen who resigned now, and when i got my phne back after 3 weeks i only saw afterwards the battery cover was not there. i failed to tell them but did after a week and i left it, then again similar issues arise, my phne starts rebooting continuasly and the memory card pics and everythng jsut dissapears. i send the phne back and they book it in as urgent because i just had it for 3 weeks. i then told then the cover of the battery bottom part is gone and they did put it on there request that i havnt received it back the last time and the battery worked fine even though it was without the cover. Wen i got it back now 14.8.2013 i showed George the cover and the phne is not working and he said he will get back to me and let them know as this is not my fault, wen i sent the phne in tthe battery work but the phne didnt. Now i am told to get a new battery!!!
