I was due for an upgrade in March 2013, but only realised in May. Between me and my wife, we have 5 contracts at Cell C. Because I have had Sony phones previously, I was happy to see CC offer this brand as upgrades. But to my surprise (not!), they do not carry stock!! I was assured that stock would be available within 3 to 5 days, if it was ordered. Still waiting after 13 days! (working days). No communication or updates from them... I have to phone. I was promised feedback 4 times after phoning to enquire. The issue would supposedly be discussed with the manager, no feedback on how they would resolve. The phone is a Sony Experia go. Worst service from Cell C ever!
