Poor Service and Arrogance

On the 1st of November I called the Vodacom call centre to complain about the fact that they had acquired a new call centre limit. My phone number was denied access to their call centres in the month of October which was why I was calling. The consultant was very rude and advised me to call later that day which I did. I spoke to the manager who was of no help at all with regards to the rude consultant and the call centre limit issue. I called again and spoke to another manager Elizabeth who said she would take care of everything and call me with an update about the rude consultant and the call centre limit issue at 15:00. I ended up calling at 16:00 to complain to her. She began to make excuses about why she never called me. She never resolved my issue.
I believe the fact that Vodacom customers have a limit to a call centre they contributed to is appauling and the way the consultant (who's name is Ayanda) spoke to me was even worse. I'm not happy with the way Vodacom treats me.
