Two upgrades were done on-line in my name at Vodacom, and I have pretty much dealt with all the relevant department to try and sort this out without any success. The response is always the same: the matter is still pending, we have sent an email to Miss Irene, we can't get hold of Irene... eventually I was given a number for the dept, and they never seem to be available.By their own admission, these online upgrades are prevalent and they deal with a lot of them at any given time. So why is mine still pending, at least give me an update of what is being done about it! The ref number (in case somebody at Vodacom will read this) is S3-T6P7A-A823.
