Hi there,

I have bought 250MB on giveahappy on the 30th Nov at 17:31, the MB were to be used on Sunday between 05:00 - 11:59 but I could not use them because my phone was soft blocked. So rewind back to events leading to that, I bought the same 250 MB to use between 12:00 - 17:00 on the 30th Nov, I used the MB's on the time stated, but when I checked the balance later it still said I had 250 MB's, so I called the call centre agent and told the guy that my MB's are about to expire at 17h00 I wanted to know my balance, he said its 250 I told him that I used some he confirmed that I still have 250 MB's. I asked him for a reference number and his name because I know how Vodacom generates its revenue, by lying to unsuspecting customers.

Few minutes ago I spoke to Gogo who has an attitude, she did not want to listen and said I never had any MB's and nobody can unblock my number because I have to increase the limit. I told her that I haven't even used my call limit and have call limit from last month that I haven't used, well she said because I used the Databundle I need to increase my limit (Another way of Vodacom trying to money)
