I'm disgusted at the service of Standard Bank call centre, I wanted to increase my EAP limit and I have sent the secure message but no one called me or responded to my message. I then tried calling the call centre, I've waisted a lot of airtime trying to increase my EAP limit. When I get hold of the consultant, I'm told I have to via the secure line and they give me the number to call (0860 123 108). When I call that number I'm asked to punch my card number & secured pin which I do but this line doesn't put me through to the consultant who can then increase my limit. This is disgusting that such a simple thing can be so complicated.
