Terrible Service

Every month round about the 25th i reach my call limit and my phone gets block, i usually phone them and get it up and running again. This month the same happened and I spoke to a consultant who asked me the usual questions and with the package I said that I have a smart "something" 229 as I couldn't remember the "standard" part for some reason. My request was denied eventhough every other answer was correct. The consultant instructed me to call back later once I have the correct info. I insisted on speaking to a manager, there were no supervisors or managers apparently. I then spoke to a "team leader" (varonica) that asked the same questions and more and still denied my limit increase. A Marvin called me earlier to try and assist but it was to late. I have requested a cancelation of all my vodacom products. I will never do business with vodacom again and will encourage everyone I see to choose a different and probably cheaper service provider. The reference number for the first call I made is 294799947. I also refuse to pay for any cancelation fee's!
