Vodacom ability to keep service running

Upgraded to iphone 5 and phone were in a non responsive state within 24 hours, Vodacom did replace it but within a week I had new issues. No internet services and soon after no service at all, after several calls to call centre they recommended that I do a sim swop which also did not resolve my issue!
Why is a cellular network providing hardware that they are not able to support? Also it seems that they with the so called LTE network also have more issues than compatibility to ALL phone makes? I am fedup with iphone and Vodacom as a service provider is not far behind.
I use my phone for business and is now rendered without any options!
Good luck in phoning me as my cellphone and service is not operational thanks to the wonderful service of Vodacom!!!
