Pathetic Service, Incompetent and arrogant support

Just cancelled my AFRIHOST subscription to business ADSL - barely 2 weeks into my subscription. What a service offering, pathetic customer service, arrogant and incompetent staff, Good riddance. It's been a comedy of errors from day 1, selling me router that doesn't support their own fixed IP requirements, billing me before I had even received the said router, dismal line speeds on what was promised. Had support staff put the phone down on me twice, after dictating to me what my line speeds were after I confirmed that I had tested said line speeds on [URL Removed] Lastly every single call I made to their support line took an average of 30 mins before someone answered, not matter what time of the day, or what day of the week. I have never encountered such miserable service. You should not be allowed to trade as a business AFRIHOST.
