Refuse to help me when i am in desperate need

My husband has been retrenched from work as company was in financial difficulties. This has resulted in my payment to Vodacom being overdue. I run a small printing business from home and all I ask is that my ONE number on my business cards be left to RECIVE CALLS ONLY. I have promised to pay on 31 Oct when my husband gets his final retrenchement package. The small amount of money I make from printing I use to buy FOOD every day for my family. Even if I just get R10 it is still a loaf of BREAD. It can fill a hungry stomach.
Vodacom refuses to listen to reason. The cherry on top is that I have picked up a summer flu bug and feel awful, my voice is gone and and I can hardly speak on the phone. I do not even have the R30 it will cost me to go to a Govt. hospital to get medicine. Have had no calls all week... PLEASE I AM DESPERATE!
